Notification of intent to participate in the RFI is not required. Is the current RFI attached or connected to your previous RFP 8177 Procure-To-Pay Workflow Process Assessment, and if so how? Response: Yes, the current RFI is being administered as part of Phase 2 of the Procure-To-Pay Workflow Process Assessment with the goal of informing potential improvement opportunities to address challenges identified in Phase 1 of this project. 2. Is it a possibility that the City may replace JD Edwards ERP software system completely, or is an augmentation the likely route? Response: The replacement of JD Edwards is out of scope of the RFI. 3. Is there any sort of contract currently in place for the ERP? Response: The City does currently contract software and services related to the ERP system. 4. I know the RFI is being used to gauge cost estimates, but does the City have a desired not to exceed amount in mind and if so, how much? Response: A specific not to exceed amount does not exist. 5. Also, what was the result of RFP 8177? Has it been awarded yet and to whom? Response: The consulting firm BerryDunn was selected from RFP 8177.
