1. Reason for change: Artist needs contract deadline to be extended
2. Description of Change: This extends the time line of the project. The Entry Column (the
“Project”) will be installed on site (UAB) from August 15 through 19. The Artist will have
until August 31, 2016 to complete final details and review the work of the Mason.
3. Change in Contract Cost: There is no change to the budget.
4. Change in Contract Time: The contract deadline is August 31, 2016 (If this Change Order is
not signed and completed, the deadline will remain July 29, 2016)
