accordance with the terms and conditions
contained herein and in the Professional Services
Agreement between the parties. In the event of a
conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the
Professional Services Agreement and this work
order (including the attached forms) the
Professional Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of three (3) pages
are hereby accepted and incorporated herein, by
this reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby
given.

Project Description
The Drake and Shields Intersection Improvement Project has been bid and awarded. Interwest and our team will
be available to the City during the construction and closeout of the project.
The contract will be an hourly-not-to-exceed contract. The Cost Plus Fixed Fee rates from the 2014 design
contract will continue to be used.
Construction Services Scope of Work
Construction Meetings
Interwest staff will attend weekly construction meetings and the Preconstruction meeting. Twelve (12) meetings
are included in the budget.
RFI and Shop Drawing Review
Interwest staff will reply to any requests for information from the contractor and review applicable shop drawings.
Record Drawings
Interwest staff will prepare record drawings of the project for the City and CDOT with as built information
provided by the City.
Landscape and Irrigation Design Construction Assistance Allowances
BHA Design and Hines Irrigation will be available through the Interwest contract to assist with any landscape or
irrigation question that may occur during construction. Record drawing preparation for both consultants is
assumed to be minimal.
