Q: Cost and Work Hours: the RFP states respondents must provide the annual total cost to provide services defined in this RFP. Pricing must include all items annotated in the Scope of Services. a. As the scope of work also defines funds as distributed per the lodging tax ordinance with the vendor or responding organization receiving 70% of collections the organization has typically worked to budget and spend to the collected amount which varies from year to year it is not a recommendation but actual collection amount utilized. With that in mind is a current budget acceptable for this portion of the RFP to demonstrate the planned work? If a budget is not acceptable what format or additional information is appropriate to meet the needs of the RFP? A: Proposals should provide total anticipated cost for services associated with this RFP. Firms may use their current budget to show anticipated costs for services. 2. Q: Firm Capability, Number 9: a. As our organization has only provided service for the City of Fort Collins we do not have any other clients to provide work samples from. We can provide examples from within the programing that highlight examples from 2015 projects and how they furthered the goals of the organization. For example we could explain the process of working in partnership with Colorado State University to produce a video. What the use was and results shown year to date. We can also include contact information of the partners involved. Would this be an acceptable sample of work? A: These would be acceptable examples.
