Answer: Yes, the City is the primary stakeholder. However, the City does not hold a majority of the shares. 4. Should the proposal and subsequent report also address the covered section within Colorado State University (CSU) south of Laurel Street? Answer: No. As this section of the ditch is on CSU property, the proposal and report should focus on the section of the ditch between Wood Street and Laurel Street. 5. Has this section of the Arthur Ditch received a historical designation, and if not, how will this be determined? How should the consultant plan to address potential historic significance of the ditch? Answer: The project team is not familiar with any type of historical designation being assigned to the ditch. Typically, this is addressed as part of construction projects, at specific locations. The consultant shall plan some level of coordination with the City’s Historic Preservation group and the Landmark Preservation Commission as part of their scope. The final report should contain information on how the City can address this question. Addendum 1 – 8226 Arthur Ditch Master Planning & Alternatives Analysis Page 4 of 4 EXHIBIT 2 – LOCATION MAP
