EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Regarding the response to question #16. Commissioning and Energy Modeling will be
provided by the City. Will this be done in multiple phases or will it be accomplished at the
end of the project in one phase?
a. It is the responsibility of the design team to provide any and all information
needed for the Commissioning Agent and the Energy Modeler in order to
satisfy all LEED and Commissioning requirements throughout all phases of
the project. This information will then be compiled together at the end for the
LEED Gold certification of the building.
2. Regarding the answer to question #16. It does not appear that Surveying and Topography
are referenced specifically in the RFP. Can you please clarify in more detail where this
work would be needed and who would provide the information?
a. Surveying and Topography will be provided by the City of Fort Collins and
will be accomplished during Phase 2 of the RFP.
