How much turnaround time should the consultant allow for receiving comments (on reconnaissance forms, intensive forms and survey report) from the City and HC? Answer: The City will review and comment on draft survey forms as they are submitted in batches. History Colorado, though, will typically review and comment on the first draft submittals, and then review and comment on the remainder once all are submitted. Please allow two weeks for City turnaround time; History Colorado’s review can take a month, or in exceptional cases, even longer. 2) Given the City’s concern with sustainability, would it be possible to reduce the number of paper copies for this project? For instance, could draft forms be submitted in electronic format? Answer: To the extent that the City can still meet its contractual obligations with History Colorado, the City would be willing to receive draft survey forms in electronic format. 3) Will there be any need for Geotechnical, Environmental, and/or Material Testing services? If so, would our firm need to get on a team or will these services be advertised separately in the future? Answer: The City does not anticipate the need for Geotechnical, Environmental, and/or Materials Testing services as a part of this project.
