On February Vt the City notified you that your firm was not selected to perform the Regional
Watershed Planning Study resulting from the City's Request for Proposal (RFP) 8208.
Subsequent to this notification, in the course of finalizing the Scope of Work (SOW), the City
identified an opportunity to de -scope the project. The scope of the revised project is such that
the City will be initiating a new RFP in the very near future. Therefore, the City is electing to
cancel project 8208.
We wanted to inform you of this change in direction and decision to initiate a new RFP.

contract negotiations.
Subsequent to this notification, in the course of finalizing the Scope of Work (SOW), the City
identified an opportunity to de -scope the project. The scope of the revised project is such that
the City will be initiating a new RFP in the very near future. Therefore, the City is electing to
cancel project 8208 and will not be pursuing a contract under project 8208 with your firm.
