To assist with the proposal preparation, please confirm the budget for the scope of services requested in RFP 8103 Universal Recycling Ordinance Development Consulting. Answer: The City has up to $32,000 available for the Universal Recycling Ordinance Development Consulting project. If the regional planning project takes place later in 2015, it would be funded by a grant. The City does not currently have funds available for the regional planning project.
