1. Reason for change: Artist needs additional design time and money to continue his design
work for this APP project.
2. Description of Change: This extends the time line of the design contract and adds additional
money to the contract.
3. Change in Contract Cost: $6,515 will be added to the design contract for additional design
time (Graphic Design & CAD Drawings) for the art project.
4. Change in Contract Time: The new contract deadline is February 29, 2016 (If this Change
Order is not signed and completed, the deadline will remain January 20, 2016)
