DESCRIPTION: APP Project
1. Reason for change: Artist needs extension to project time line. Because of the delay in
installing the artwork at Vine & Shields, the artist will need to add structural supports to the
sculpture and move and store the artwork until the installation date.
2. Description of Change: This extends the time line for the project and adds money to the
contract.
3. Change in Contract Cost: $1,500 for added structural support for the sculpture and relocating
the sculpture for storage.
4. Change in Contract Time: The artist will work with the City to schedule the art installation.
The new contract deadline is April 29, 2016 (If this Change Order is not signed and
completed, the deadline will remain November 30, 2015)
