HomeMy WebLinkAboutCORRESPONDENCE - AGREEMENT MISC - RECYCLE THAT LLC (5)February 4, 2016 Recycle That, LLC Attn: Don Tiller don.tiller@recyclethat.com 9345 N Elm Court Federal Heights, CO 80260 RE: Miscellaneous Agreement – Recycle That LLC at Rivendell Dear Mr. Tiller: The City of Fort Collins wishes to extend the agreement term for the above captioned proposal per the existing terms and conditions and the following: 1) The term will be extended for one (1) additional year, March 1, 2016 through February 28, 2017. 2) NOTE: The Recycling Center will be relocated sometime in the June-August 2016 time frame. Exact address has not yet been assigned, but it will be on the same land parcel as the electrical substation at 1809 Timberline Road. Proximity is close to the current site; see attached graphic. 3) Notwithstanding the time periods contained herein, the City (or the Service Provider) may terminate this Agreement at any time without cause by providing written notice of termination to the Service Provider (or the City). Such notice shall be delivered at least fifteen (15) days prior to the termination date contained in said notice unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties. If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided and include a current copy of insurance certificate naming the City as an additional insured for both General and Automotive Liability within the next fifteen (15) days. If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask that you send us a written notice stating that you do not wish to renew the contract and state the reason for non-renewal.
