Project Title: SRTS K-8 Curriculum Delivery for CDOT 2015-16 Non-infrastructure Grant

Maximum Fee: (time and reimbursable direct costs): $39,990
Project Description: Bike Fort Collins will deliver the City’s SRTS curriculum during PE classes
to students at elementary and middle schools slated for 2016 on the School
Rotation Schedule and other schools as assigned by the SRTS Coordinator
and approved by CDOT. As part of this project, Bike Fort Collins will
conduct NCSRTS Student Travel Tallies at all schools where programming
is delivered. Bike Fort Collins will also provide mechanical services during
appropriate bike-safety portions of the programming.
Scope of Services: Approximately 1,333 hours of instructional/mechanical assistance per the
Professional Services Agreement and the grant scope of work.
Service Provider agrees to perform the
services identified above and on the attached
forms in accordance with the terms and
conditions contained herein and in the
Services Agreement between the parties. In
the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in
the terms of the Services Agreement and this
work order (including the attached forms) the
Services Agreement shall control.

herein, by this reference, and Notice to
Proceed is hereby given.
