Maximum Fee: (time and reimbursable direct costs): $9,990
Project Description: Bike Fort Collins will assist the City’s SRTS program, as needed, in
delivering Family Bike Rodeos and Bike-ped Safety Trainings for Youth at
various locations by request of schools and community organizations. BFC
will also assist with SRTS information tables at community events, as
needed, and with biking and walking camps, clubs and field trips. In
addition, BFC will provide maintenance of the SRTS bike fleet, as needed,
and mechanical assistance at schools and community events. Upcoming
projects will be discussed at regular weekly meetings with SRTS
coordinator and representative(s) from BFC.
Scope of Services: Approximately 333 hours of instructional/mechanical assistance per the
Professional Services Agreement and the grant scope of work.
Service Provider agrees to perform the
services identified above and on the attached
forms in accordance with the terms and
conditions contained herein and in the
Services Agreement between the parties. In
the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in
the terms of the Services Agreement and this
work order (including the attached forms) the
Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of ___ (_)

herein, by this reference, and Notice to
Proceed is hereby given.
