Addendum 2 – 8139 Lincoln Corridor Project – Final Design Page 2 of 2
EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. At the pre-proposal meeting, it was indicated that the Salary Classification Rate Sheets are
included in the overall page count. Would you reconsider excluding these pages, as
depending on the number of sub-consultants on a team, this will impact the actual number
of pages available to address all the other submittal requirements. This could mean a
difference of 2 or 3 pages between different proposers.
A Please include the Salary Classification Rates in the 15 double-sided pages (30
pages total)
2. Does the proposal require a separate, distinct “Sustainability” section, or can the
sustainability and the Triple Bottom Line discussion be woven into different pieces of the
proposal and in the firm intros?
A. The proposal does not require a separate or distinct “Sustainability” section.
3. I wanted to clarify if the city will be using their on-call for the geotechnical engineering for
this project?
A. This is the responsibility of the Design Consultant.
