Professional Services Agreement
This Amendment (Amendment) is entered into by and between Crory & Associates
(Consultant), and the City of Fort Collins, Colorado (the “City”).
WHEREAS, the Consultant and City have mutually entered into a Professional Services
Agreement dated July 1, 2015 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the Consultant and City have mutually entered into an Amendment #01 dated July 6,
2015 of that Professional Services Agreement dated July 1, 2015 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the City has requested and Consultant has agreed to certain modifications in the
scope of this work and schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein
contained, the parties agree as follows:
Scope of Services. The Professional agrees to provide services in accordance with the
scope of services attached hereto as Amended Exhibit "A", consisting of one (1) page,
and incorporated herein by this reference. Irrespective of references in Exhibit A to
certain named third parties, Professional shall be solely responsible for performance of
all duties hereunder.
Contract Period. The completion date of this contract is extended to June 30, 2016.
Time is of the essence. Any extensions of the time limit set forth above must be agreed
upon in writing by the parties hereto.
Notices. City representative given in Clause 3. Early Termination by City, Paul Folger is
replaced by Dennis Sumner.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment #2, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement , as previously amended by Amendment #1, shall remain in full force and effect.
