1. Reason for change: Artist team needs extension to project time line and additional money for
design time.
2. Description of Change: This extends the time line for the project and adds $1,000 to the
design budget.
3. Change in Contract Cost: An additional $1,000 will be added to the budget.
4. Change in Contract Time: The new design contract deadline is February 17, 2016 (If this
Change Order is not signed and completed, the deadline will remain September 16, 2015.)
