I to was disappointed to find out that your team would not be able to participate in the interviews. Your
company has always been one of our leading consultant groups and I do hope that you continue to look at our
RFP's and send us proposals.
I do want you to know that I am retiring August 1 with my last day here at the office is July 23, 2015. My
replacement is Elliott Dale who will be leading all of the RFP's that I do.
Again, I am sorry the interview times did not work out. Putting together proposals takes time and money and
we do value that.

Thank you so much for shortlisting Muller Engineering Company for the North College Pedestrian Gap Project. This is a
very exciting project and we feel that our experience and capabilities are an excellent fit.
Unfortunately, our Project Manager and other key project staff are unable to attend the proposed interview on July 14
due to long standing previous commitments that cannot be changed on short notice. We feel that it is imperative that
these key project personnel be available to present their ideas and approach to the project and thus need to be in
attendance at the interview. In accordance with the schedule in the RFP, we had anticipated interviews the week of July
20 and had programmed availability of these key staff during that time. We would be able to attend an interview on
another day but it is our understanding, based on conversations with Beth Diven, that other days would not work for the
selection committee.
We are very disappointed that our project team is unable to attend the interview on Tuesday. We greatly appreciate
our long standing relationship with Fort Collins and look forward to working with you on future projects. If you would
like to discuss this further, please let me know.

Thank you for your proposal for the above captioned project. Your firm is one of three selected to interview.
Interviews will be conducted on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 in the Training Room (Conference Room 2E) located at 215 N
Mason Street, Fort Collins. There are three timeslots available: 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Please let me know
which time you would prefer ASAP. Times will be assigned on a first response basis.
The format for the interview is as follows:
15 minutes —vendor presentation
45 minutes —Q&A
There is a projector available in the conference room for your use. If you will require a computer or internet access for
your presentation, please let me know when you request your interview time. We will not be releasing the names of the
interview committee members in advance, but you will be introduced prior to the start of your interview. The names of
the other two firms interviewing will be provided in your interview confirmation letter after all times have been
confirmed.
