Good Afternoon,
Congratulations on being on the short list for Step II of the above project. I have one attachment that may be helpful in
your preparation for submitting the Step II proposals. We have been waiting for the soils report, but have decided that
we will get that to folks as soon as it is available.
Since we have been delayed, the proposals for Step II are due June 11, 2015 at 3:00 pm. Please deliver 5 written
proposals following the RFP Step II requirements to 215 N Mason, Purchasing, 2"d floor south end. At this time,
interviews will be held June 23, 2015 in the afternoon and the location and times will follow in an email by addendum.
During the Step I process, we had many questions that were more suited for the Step II process than Step I. Now is the
time to ask those questions and they will be answered by addendum. All questions are due by June 1, 2015 at 5pm and
will be answered by addendum.
