The Contractor, Elder Construction Inc. received the award through the City's competitive purchasing process utilizing an RFP. a. This Design -Build contract provides for the design and construction of two (2) vehicle storage buildings at 700 and 701 Wood Street. b. The contract price is an Interim Guaranteed Maximum Price (IGMP) of $2,036,910. The Final Guaranteed Maximum Price (FGMP) will be established upon completion of the design anticipated to be in January 2016. c. Funding is all local and has been appropriated for the Project. d. The project is scheduled to be completed in July 2016. Robin, please approve as to form and forward to the City Manager. Darin, please sign the contract documents and forward them to the City Clerk. Wanda, please call Purchasing, Gerry will come over, sign and initial the contracts and have you attest his signature. Thanks.
