Pursuant to your request, Colorado Moisture Control, Inc. is pleased to submit our proposal for Roofing
Services (RFP 8129) to the City of Fort Collins.
We have attached the requested forms and documentation as outlined in the RFP, and can provide further
clarification on our capabilities as necessary.
Colorado Moisture Control has been in business since 1982, and we have offices in Loveland and the Denver
Metro area. We currently work with numerous municipalities including the City of Golden, City of Commerce
City, City of Thornton, City of Westminster, Town of Castle Rock, and others. I have included a list of some of
our references on the last page of this document. Please feel free to contact them regarding services we have
provided.
Colorado Moisture Control is certified by almost every manufacturer and system in the roofing industry, and
we feel we meet all of the qualifications as outlined in RFP 8129.
