2. Frame new walls as shown.
3. Install new door and frame. Stain to match.
4. Install 5/8 drywall and finish to match.
5. Patch drywall at demoed areas.
6. Paint to match.
7. We will insulate new wall.
Exclusions.
1. Demo of furniture walls.
2. Elect.
