HomeMy WebLinkAbout203943 3M LIBRARY SYSTEMS - CONTRACT - RFP - 7296 AUTOMATED MATERIALS HANDLING SORTER (2)AMENDMENT ONE TO 3M PURCHASE AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT (the “Amendment”) is made as of September 22, 2015 and amends that certain 3M Purchase Agreement dated as of December 20, 2011 (the “Agreement”) by and between 3M COMPANY (“3M”) and City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a municipal corporation, with a place of business at 215 North Mason Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524 (“Customer”), as agent on behalf of the Poudre River Public Library District, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“Customer”). WHEREAS, 3M and Customer wish to revise the Agreement as set forth below. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: 1. All terms used in this Amendment will have their respective meanings stated in the Agreement unless otherwise stated herein. 2. The pricing in Exhibit A has been revised. Attachment I – Revised Exhibit A 3. The term of sales agreement is revised to December 20, 2011 – December 31, 2016. 4. The work schedule in Exhibit E has been revised. Attachment II – Revised Exhibit E 5. The Certificate of Liability Insurance in Attachment F-1 has been updated. 6. Except as modified hereby, the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
