Proposal is good for 120 Days. In the event that taxes apply to the purchase of this equipment, said taxes shall be paid by the customer. Manufacturers warranties apply to all equipment.
Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from outside agencies or extreanous circumstances. This proposal is based on the reasonable assumption that the building is prepared to accept
the
above listed parts and that any existing equipment involved with the installation be in good working order or that it will be prior to the installation. LVI has made reasonable attempts
to verify
that conditions are satisfactory such that the installation may occur.If payment is not received by the terms , a late charge of 1.5% per month of the unpaid balance will be charged.
