Prepare documents needed to nominate the site to the National Register of Historic Places and State Register of Historic Properties. Conduct an architectural assessment of the 9 existing structures. Scope of Services: See attached Professional agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached forms in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Professional Services Agreement between the parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the Professional Services Agreement and this work order (including the attached forms) the Professional Services Agreement shall control. Since the effort to complete this work is somewhat unknown, this proposal is an hourly proposal with a topset estimate of time based on our common understanding of the project to date. Historical Assessment: The exiting contract dated between the City and Ron Sladek shall be incorporated into this agreement and shall be billed as part of this agreement. Architectural: There are approximately 9 existing structures on site in various stages of disrepair. They have been identified and documented by Ron Sladek as part of his work description. Significant structures shall be drawn to architectural and structural accuracy by RB+B based on Ron's work and by field investigation by RB+B Architects and Larsen Structural Engineering. Structural: The amount of structural work is as yet undetermined. It will be determined based on the field investigations and by what decisions are made regarding restoration, repair, or abandonment. Project Schedule goals: 1. Complete the Historical Assessment by February 1, 2016 2. Conduct architectural and Structural site visits by July 15, 2015 3. Complete architectural and structural documentation narrative and drawings work by September 1, 2015, Fee: Effort Historical Documentation by Ron Sladek: Architectural and Structural: Per city agreement fee rates. Estimated hours: 3 people (Architect, Intern Arch, Structural Engineer) x 2 site visits /documentation @ 8 hours each plus drawing documentation/evaluation of 60 hours = approx. 108 hours + 12 hours meetings/processing.
