EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1) For the Am Weekday runs is the contractor expected to go TS, Harmony and Council Tree
once per day or more?
Twice per day, there are 2 drivers and they do a hand off at Webster House (not
OTL as first described).
2) On page 5 of the SOW it states that a transfer is required between OTL, Harmony, Council
Tree and TS before proceeding to the box pickups: This doesn't seem to be the case with
the route details under Answer #18: Can you clarify?
This is talking about the transfer of materials between the two drivers, the
drivers then go on to pick up & drop off at their specific locations.
3) For the AM weekday runs Answer #1 states that it ends at OTL (Or does the route need to
end at OTL?): Answer #18 states that the AM weekday run ends at 1:00pm at Harmony:
Can you clarify?
The 1pm drop was an additional drop that was recently clarified with me.
Weekday AM route begins at Old Town and ends at Harmony 1pm.
4) Friday pm Circuit: Page 5 in the SOW and Answer #1 states that the run does not end at
OTL (Ends at Harmony): Answer #18 states that the Friday pm runs end at OTL: Can you
clarify?
There are two runs on Friday, the AM route endng at 1pm at Harmony, and the
second run on Friday PM begins at 5pm making 12 stops and ends at Old Town
8:30pm.
5) Sunday am Circuit: Answer #1 states that the run does not end at OTL: Answer #18 states
that the Sunday am runs end at OTL: Can you clarify?
The question was “The trips start at Old Town Library can we assume we finish
up at Old Town?” my answer was “ Yes on Monday-Friday am route, No on
Friday pm and Sunday Route” Sunday route does not start at Old Town, it
begins at Cache La Poudre School and ends at Old Town.
6) For the Monday-Friday am runs is it correct to assume that the contractor is required to go
to the 4 libraries first and then on to the 7 boxes before finishing at OTL? - Does the
contractor need to return to OTL at the end of the run?
Yes, the route is created to best fit the time frame of delivery in the AM at the
three library branches and Webster House for maximum work flow
staffing/schedules. Developing and ending the route at OTL is current practice,
this is negotiable.
7) For the Friday pm runs is it correct to assume that the contractor is required to go to the 4
libraries first and then on to the 7 boxes before finishing at Harmony? - Does the
contractor need to return to Harmony at the end of the run?
Yes, due to the number of crates being transferred it is currently the practice,
The contractor ends at OTL not Harmony as Front Range Community College
Security dictates PM building entry, end of run is negotiable.

8) For the Sunday am runs is it correct to assume that the contractor is required to go to the
3 libraries first (No TS stop) and then on to the 7 boxes before finishing at Harmony? -
Does the contractor need to return to Harmony at the end of the run?
No, on both questions.
