Re: Proposal Quote for Pro Shop/Ranger Yamaha Gas Car
Dear Jim,
Thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal to you and City Staff for a new 2015 Yamaha gasoline
vehicle for City Park Nine. As we discussed, this gasoline vehicle will be used as a course ranger car with the possible dual
purpose of being rented out to the public as one of your fleet cars.
Agreement type, and payment structure:
A straight purchase with a municipal purchase order issued on (1) 2015 model Yamaha YDRA gasoline golf car.
Description of Yamaha units and included equipment:
A quantity of one (1) new 2015 Yamaha YDRA HDrive" model gasoline golf car, Emerald Green In color, equipped
with standard rain-drain top, sweater basket, fold-down clear windshield, 12v power outlet, message holder and two sand
and seed bottles with holders.
Delivery:
This car is not currently In stock. Delivery would be approximately 4S days ARO.
Prjdng:
(1) 2015 Yamaha gasoline golf car $4,175.00
Warranty:
The 2015 YORA gasoline golf car carries a four-year factory warranty.
Insurance and Maintenance:
The City Is responsible for all insurance and maintenance (other than warranty), and any Joss or damage other
than normal wear and tear. Service contracts are available separately.
