Addendum 1 – 8068 Enhanced Travel Corridor Master Plan for West Elizabeth Page 2 of 2
EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. The RFP specifies that no costs should be provided. Does the City have a consultant budget
specified for the project so we can make sure that our proposed approach and hours will
align with the project’s budget?
This project was funded through the 2015-2016 City of Fort Collins Budget which is
available online at: fcgov.com/budget. This consultant selection will be based only on
performance and not costs.
2. The City will develop a Public Engagement Plan with help from the consultant. To what
extent does the City desire consultant assistance in implementing the Public Engagement
Plan?
The consultant is expected to assist with the public outreach process by providing
presentation materials (graphics, illustrations, handouts, presentation boards, etc.), and
attending/helping to facilitate public meetings.
3. Is the consultant expected to attend/facilitate all TAC and CAC meetings?
The consultant is expected to have a representative attend and occasionally help
facilitate TAC and CAC meetings.
4. No minimum UDBE requirement is identified in the RFP. However, Page 12 shows a
weighting factor for UDBE participation. Will the UDBE participation weighting factor apply if
there is no minimum UDBE requirement?
Although there is no minimum requirement identified in the RFP, UDBE participation will
be looked upon favorably in the evaluation process.
