WE HEREBY ENTER OUR BID FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS' REQUIREMENTS
FOR TREE BRANCH GRINDING PER THE BID INVITATION AND ANY REFERENCED
SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Fort Collins is requesting bids for tree branch located at the City wood lot located at
Drake Water Reclamation Facility (DWRF), 3036 Environmental Drive on the Southwest
boundary of the DWRF property.
Grinding will take place on site, and ground twice to be consistent with the product that the City
Forestry department produces per scope of work.
All work must be completed by May 22, 2015
The contractor who has the lowest lump sum bid will be awarded the work. If the work is not
completed on time and to the consistency approved by the City, the City reserves the right to
call in another grinding company and the awarded contractor must pay to have it completed.
Bid Schedule
Contractor agrees that they will grind the tree branches twice and to the required consistency.
All mobilization, equipment, labor and fuel is included in your lump sum bid for a turnkey job.
