Question: Will the DDA share the construction estimate of the design for the Old Town Square Renovation work? Answer: The DDA has a construction budget range between $2M and $2.4M. b. Question: Is there a self-performance requirement for the work in Old Town Square? If so, what is that requirement? Answer: Yes. The selected contractor must perform 20% of the work. This includes, but is not limited to labor, equipment, materials, etc. c. Question: What is the expectation for access to store fronts during construction? Answer: Access to store fronts must be maintained at all times during business working hours. It is anticipated to have a phased construction approach to accommodate the downtown businesses. d. Question: Has a paver or paving system been selected? Answer: No, a final paving system has not been selected, however it has been determined that the majority of the square will be pavers.
