ADDENDUM NO. 1
PROPOSAL REQUIREMENT CHANGES
Description of BID 7621: EVENT BEVERAGE CONCESSIONS – RECREATION CENTERS
OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) April 18, 2014
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described
above, the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following
sections of this addendum:
Concession Start Date
The availability of the concession service at the Senior Center has been
postponed until November 1, 2014. Concessionaires who elect to submit
proposals for all three facilities will have the option to commence beverage
concessions for Club Tico and the Northside Aztlan Community Center upon
receipt of Liquor Licenses or choose to commence all three (3) Recreational
Facilities on November 1, 2014.
Exhibit B
Replace with new attached Exhibit B to address proposed concession start
dates.

RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A WRITTEN
STATEMENT ENCLOSED WITH THE BID/QUOTE STATING THAT THIS
