Re: Purchase of (2) 60ft BRT Buses for MAX
Attached find four (4) sets of contract amendment documents regarding the above -
mentioned matter.
NABI (North American Bus Inc.) received the award through the normal Bid process
with the City of Santa Monica, California - Big Blue Bus and the City of Fort Collins.
a. This is the last opportunity to be able to purchase 60ft buses that match the
existing (6) 60ft MAX BRT buses.
b. This purchase will be funded by the FTA through the MAX project or local
matching funds previously appropriated.
c. This is an amendment to the original contract for the MAX BRT buses.
John, please approve as to form and forward to the City Manager.
Darin, please please sign the contract documents and forward them to the City Clerk.
Wanda, please call Purchasing, Gerry will come over, sign and initial the contracts and
have you attest his signature. Thanks
