Please Note:
The Review Fee assumes standard review and is non-refundable, and is due at the time of
submission of plans. Legal fees and crossing permit fee is due upon approval of the crossing.
and prior to preparation of the legal agreement. Revisions to the agreement or plans will be
subject to any additional legal and engineering fees incurred by the Company. Approval of an
application by The New Mercer Ditch Company is valid for up to one year (dependent on the
season). No construction is permitted until the legal agreement is signed by all parties.
