The City accepts your Proposal for specified products to be provided in accordance with your Proposal the above named Project. The term of this indefinite quantity contract shall be for one (1) year, September 17, 2020 through September 16, 2021 with the option, at the City’s discretion, to renew annually for a period of up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms. All terms and conditions stated in the Proposal apply. The product specifications and warranty for any purchase made hereunder shall be in accordance with the RFP documents.
