RE: Request for Proposal 9150 Flood Warning System Equipment
Dear Mr. Law:
The City of Fort Collins Purchasing Department has considered Proposals for the above Project
in response to its Request for Proposals. The City accepts your Proposal for specified products
to be provided in accordance with your Proposal the above named Project.
The term of this indefinite quantity contract shall be for one (1) year, September 23, 2020 through
September 22, 2021 with the option, at the City’s discretion, to renew annually for a period of up
to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
All terms and conditions stated in the Proposal apply. The product specifications and warranty
for any purchase made hereunder shall be in accordance with the RFP documents.
If the award is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided within the next
fifteen days of this award letter (via DocuSign).
