Estimate is based on field measurements of existing site.
Tree frame and grate material (4) is not included.
Cold weather blankets (12' x 25'), if required, are an additional $10.00 each per day.
Winter Concrete Surcharges of $4.00 per cubic yard between 11/1 to 3/31 may apply.
Material testing will be the responsibility of the owner.
Surveying & staking to be provided by owner as needed.
Delayed payment fee 1½% per month after 30 days.
Quotation valid for 30 days. Thereafter, pricing may be adjusted to reflect pricing in effect at time of acceptance.

Remove and replace sidewalk and remove rock scape on the east
side of Mason at Mountain. Provide blockout for 4 tree grates
(grates provided by City). Includes; removal and recycling of all
existing concrete, subgrade excavation, prep of subgrade;
installation concarete including a sand finished sidewalk surface
(4500 psi high early concrete).
Traffiic control estimate is included and shall be paid for under the line item at the unit costs as provided under the COFC
Miscellaneous Conctrete Contract.
Actual cost will be based on final field measuarements for each line item as provided under the COFC Miscellaneous Concrete
