crawl content weekly and look for changes in the
sitemap (via last-modified-date), updating
accordingly.
** The total number of searches is a combination of
searches, autocompletes and intelligent 404 hits. An
additional 75,000 searches can be purchased for an
$100.
*** Included in the contract are standard crawlers.
Async crawling is not part of this offer.
**** We will look for changes in the sitemap daily,
and crawl it weekly. To save bandwidth we will only
update existing files every 25 days. You can easily
update it manually, if needed, through our "Update
Content" tool.
* The yearly and one-time subscription fee exclude any applicable taxes and charges for additional usage in excess of
the subscription. The subscription described above does not include access to new features or packages offered by
Cludo from time to time.
The subscription automatically renews on a yearly basis, and the fees for each subsequent subscription year are due
seven (7) days prior to the renewal date. All other fees are due twenty-one (21) days from Customer’s receipt of an
invoice from Cludo. All Fees are subject to an annual increase of 3% to reflect any increase in the costs of goods or
services.
