See attached scope. Project converts existing overhead irrigation to trees in the parkway and medians
to drip tree rings in the Taft Streetscape, approximately 210 trees. This project enables more efficient
watering to the trees, thereby improving tree health, as well as allows for extension of the irrigation water
window which is currently constrained.
