find our labor and material scope.
Inclusions:
1. Frame new demising wall.
2. Install new hollow metal frame and door.
3. Install cased opening in wall. Size TBD
4. Drywall both sides of wall.
5. Paint walls and hollow metal door.
6. Stain cased opening.
Total Price $7,149.00
Any work that requires a Change order will be charged
out at contract amounts.
