accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Master Agreement between
the parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the Master Agreement
and this Work Order (including the attached forms) the Master Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of ( ) page(s) are hereby accepted and incorporated
herein, by this reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby given after all parties have signed this
document.

Work to proceed as follows:
Work to proceed as follows:
1. Cut down all existing BB poles and dispose of them. Save backboards for reinstall.
2. Furnish and install, 10 pcs., FT1910NC Tyrant Pole (6 5/8" OD) $ 1,549.69 EA = $ 15,496.90
3. Furnish and install, 10 pcs., FT1910NC, mounting hardware $ 294.50 ea. = $ 2,945.00
4. Furnish and install, 10 pcs., HD flex rim (breakaway), cost $ 160.00.00 =. $ 1,600.00
5. Complete installation of all items, including new 18" OD X 48" deep, concrete footings.
$ 800.00 per court (5) = $ 4,000.00
6. Install Temporary fencing around 3+ sides of the area. Price includes duration of project +
removal. $ 800.00
7. Furnish, install,and removal of approximately 600 LF of 4" metal edging at $ 8.00 per LF
