configuration of the Accela Automation Application environment and ancillary systems to take
advantage of Accela Electronic Document Review for Building and Planning/Development
Review departments.
1. Reason for Change: Phase One of the project extended beyond the original scope due to
resource challenges and department reorganization as well as an unforeseen software
application upgrade requirement before the start of Phase Two. Another project titled
“Implementation of ROW Permits in Accela” (Work Order #5) is also impacting the timeline.
2. Description of Change: The tasks remain the same; the project end-by date is being
extended.
3. Change in Work Order Price: None
4. Change in Work Order Time: Extend end date to maximum 8/16/2021
