MSI has included one additional controller for wireless add locally to the main room and 2 wireless sensors to communicate temperature and humidity back to the local controller for interface and monitoring through the BMS network. The system shall be Web based and shall be accessible remotely. Manufacturer of control system is Distech Controls. 3021 S. Tejon Street Englewood, CO 80110 Telephone (303) 789-1700 Fax (303) 789-1030 MECHANICAL SOLUTIONS INC 2 Pricing Summary: Control System Pricing: Wireless Sensor Add - $5,250.00 - Includes Equipment, Installation, programming and training for add to CoFC BMS network • Deployments will be charged at preferred rates for time and materials. • MSI billing shall be based on project progress and all invoices shall be NET 30. • MSI will use existing controllers and Jace for integration • MSI will use existing cabling and electric wiring, and any additional wiring or electrical work will be out of scope. • Pricing includes a one-year warranty on materials and MSI’s workmanship. (This warranty does not cover existing equipment or materials provided by others.) The wiring will be installed and secured in accordance with national, state and local codes. • Plenum rated cable can be used for all assessable concealed areas • All conduit in exposed areas i.e. mechanical rooms shall be standard EMT • This proposal assumes all work will be complete during normal business hours • Price assumes the work will be done while the ceilings are open and accessible. • This proposal excludes any demolition of existing controls. • Any work outside of this scope is specifically excluded. • Prevailing wage is excluded. • This proposal does not include: 1. Checkout and commissioning of equipment or controls not provided by MSI unless otherwise noted. 2. Installation of control valves 3. 120v control panel power feed shall be provided by electrical contractor 4. Project bonding and permits 5. Fire dampers or work related to fire dampers unless noted 6. Any package controls are not guaranteed to meet the sequence. MSI is not responsible for package controls sequencing
