Collins Spring Creek Basin Matters DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES BBA Water Consultants invoice for water resources consulting services associated with the Spring Creek Basin for the City of Fort Collins, including:  Reviewed geologic and lagged depletion timing technical summary reports provided to support the applicant’s nontributary ground water claim in Case No. 19CW3200 (30 Mile Ranch LLC).  Prepared Glover IDS AWAS analyses to confirm applicant’s consultants’ analyses, perform sensitivity analyses and investigate potential impacts to additional points of depletion.  Reviewed geologic mapping and available geologic cross sections.  Summarized application background information for response letter text.  Investigate geologic references for the Upper Laramie formation and the Cheyenne Basin.  Investigated appropriate aquifer characteristics for lagged depletion analyses.  Confirmed locations, amounts and uses of the City’s Spring Creek water rights.  Reviewed State Engineer’s Office’s determination of facts for the case.  Plotted applicant’s property areas and measured distances to potential points of connection.  Reviewed well permit file information for existing wells to investigate confining layers and hydraulic connection.  Preliminary drafting of application response letter.
