Description of requirement/issue:
As a result of a set of multiple factors, the Utilities Go-Live milestone date was required to move from September 2019 to
October 2020. This led to the first amendment to the Master Professional services which formalize the impacts on the
project in terms of time and cost agreed between the City of Fort Collins and Open.
Description of the actions to follow:
As a result to formalize the new Project schedule that result from this amendment.
Description of the deliverables to generate:
New project scheduled that defines the new dates for the pending project activities and major milestones.
Estimated impact of implementing requirement:
The impacts in cost and time, were agreed on the amendment 1 of the MPSA. The project schedule moves 13 months.
