the parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the Master Agreement
and this Work Order (including the attached forms) the Master Agreement shall control.

Enhancement Proposal
For
POLICE SERVICES

We are presenting a proposal for landscape work at Police Services. We have visited your site and measured the areas of
work and see this as an opportunity to benefit each other. Our proposal includes the following:
• Remove and relocate 1,713 sqft of cobble stone (from the Northeast corner to the Southeast
corner) 180 hours labor rate $65.00 per hour Total $11,700.00
• Install 1,713 sqft of Mulch (to cover the areas where the cobble stone was removed We will take
the free mulch from Hoffman Mill) 40 hours Labor rate $65.00 per hour Total $2,600.00
• Install 70 sqft of sod Kentucky Blue grass Total $260.00
• Install 150 ft of metal edging price per ft $5.00 Total $750.00
Total: 15,310.00
STIPULATIONS:
This quoted price is good for 30 days. Prices and availability are subject to change at the start of the following New
Year.
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request
Does not include demo, rough grading or topsoil placement; grades to be within 0.1’ in all landscaped areas except
as specifically stated in this proposal.
All plant material is subject to availability. If a specific plant is not available, owner/representative is to select from
available substitutes.
Winter watering has not been included in this proposal but is required for all plants. Documentation of winter
watering during our warranty period will be required.
No maintenance is included in this proposal after final acceptance.
Warranty for irrigation is one year after final inspection and turn over.
Warranty for plant material is 90 days or as specified in this proposal.
Warranty for new sod is for establishment only. 30-45 days.
CoCal Landscape customers receive a one-year warranty on both irrigation and plant material.

A one-year warranty is included. CoCal Landscape reserves the right to void all warranties expressed in the
specifications due to abuse and/or neglect by the owner including, but not limited: improper maintenance,
improper site use, vandalism, acts of God, etc. on the landscape area
Warranty is as stated above, CoCal reserves the right to void any and all warranties due to lack of payment.
Payment on all invoices is net 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Irrigation Point of Connection (P.O.C.) is existing and accessible by CoCal Landscape.
Owner to provide the point of connection. The irrigation system point of connection to be a copper stub to the
surface, immediately prior to the backflow preventer. Water taps, meter assemblies or tap fees have not been
included.
The power for the irrigation controller (120-volt) is to be provided by others.
All construction repairs or treatment of areas outside the contract limits of this project are by others.
All qualifications, inclusions or exclusions listed above will take precedent over all other contract provisions, and must
be attached to any contract or purchase agreement generated in behalf of this proposal.
Past due invoices in excess of 45 days are subject to 1.5% services charges per month (18% annually) plus all cost of
collections including attorney fees, if incurred.
Other items not included within the bid: overtime, special wages, traffic control, security, fencing, retaining walls,
concrete work, drainage, erosion controls, retention blanket or temporary seeding.
