This change order represents the balance of work not captured in OCO#1 and is associated wth the increased scope from bid to construction drawings.
The changes include 3/4" angular under slab fill, removal and haul-off of 5 medium and 4 large trees in area of new work, (11) Type A and (5) Type B
structural slab 3/4" hot-dip galvanized embed plates, and balance of permit fees from bid value to permit issuance due to increased scope of work.
