Even end-user training? Answer: Yes, due to the current state of our nation, performing the majority of the work remotely is preferred. However, since this work will span over the length of the contract, the preferred method is subject to change. 2) Do you have enterprise licensing? If not, do you have additional licenses to provide or technical resources or will we be sharing? Answer: Yes, we have enterprise licensing. 3) Do you have any current interfaces? If so, please list. Answer: No. 4) Do you have a list of the new custom interfaces you would like developed and implemented? Answer: Nothing concrete planned at this time. 5) What versions of scripting are you utilizing? Answer: 2.0 6) What is the frequency in fee schedule changes (quarterly, semi-annual, annual, longer)? Answer: Fee schedules are to be held firm for a minimum of one year from date of contract. The City will only review requests for fee increases at the time of annual contract renewal. 7) Do you use ADS (Accela Document Storage)? If not, what do you use? Answer: Currently, the City of Fort Collins is using ADS. The City recently implemented Laserfiche as their Content Management System. We will be looking at a migration between Accela and Laserfiche in the future. 8) How are you handling payments? On ACA? 9156 Accela Software Implementation and Configuration Services Addendum 1 Questions & Answers Page 3 of 4 Answer: Online payment functionality has not been implemented yet. 9) What is your payment provider? Answer: NCR 10) Has Fort Collins been speaking to Accela and considering moving to the Accela Cloud? Answer: There have been preliminary discussions but no plan to move at this time. 11) Are you considering migrating to or adopting Civic Applications for any of your existing business groups? Answer: Not at this time; but, we are open to discussing this option. 12) Do you have any specific project timelines you are looking at over the next year? You mention module implementation in the RFP. For example, does the City have any specific projects on the Roadmap for expansion into either other Departments or additional business processes? Answer: Nothing concrete planned at this time. Budget constraints and COVID-19 will influence priorities. 13) Due to COVID-19, is the City looking to push additional services on-line to improve customer services? Answer: Yes, online application submittals and online payments are in the project pipeline. 14) Is the City asking for a Price Schedule as part of the response? Answer: Yes; see section III.H. of the RFP. 15) Can you confirm that the projects are assumed to be on a Time and Materials basis? Answer: Kristi and her team will want to see a quote or proposal of what it is going to take to complete the project so it can be attached to the work order and routed for approval by both the vendor and the City. Answer: Nothing concrete at this time. Budget constraints and COVID-19 will influence priorities. 17) Does the City have any deadlines for completion of projects referred to in the Scope of Work? Answer: No
