Service Provider agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Master Agreement between
the parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the Master Agreement
and this Work Order (including the attached forms) the Master Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of one (1) page are hereby accepted and incorporated herein, by
this reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby given after all parties have signed this document.

Taft Hill Road Titlework
Project Description and Scope of Services
Dear Caleb,
Description
The City has asked for Interwest to obtain titlework for the parcels adjacent to Taft Hill Road
from the south side of Horsetooth to the north side of Brixton Road. Western States will
obtain 29 title commitments from Land Title at a cost of $500 each ($14,500). Please prepare
the work order for $16,000 to cover coordination time that may be needed from John Doty
or Mike Oberlander.
The “Buyer/Borrower” listed on the titlework will be Larimer County (for the 27 parcels in
the County) and City of Fort Collins (for the 2 parcels in the City limits). Updates to the
commitments is not included in this fee.
