Western States will obtain 29 title commitments from Land Title at a cost of $500 each ($14,500). Please prepare the work order for $16,000 to cover coordination time that may be needed from John Doty or Mike Oberlander. The “Buyer/Borrower” listed on the titlework will be Larimer County (for the 27 parcels in the County) and City of Fort Collins (for the 2 parcels in the City limits).
