outcomes. As a result of your investment in us, we continue to make key investments to improve your
experience and expand your capability to run your business.
Timely and relevant upgrades, innovative functionality enhancements, and unfettered access to our
technical support experts are all cornerstones of our maintenance and support programs. We want to
continue to help you get the most out of your insightsoftware products. Below is a short summary of just
some of the ways we are doing that.
Expanded Support and Product Capabilities
In 2019, insightsoftware invested substantially in improving our product development and enhancement.
We’ve implemented quarterly feature upgrades and monthly maintenance releases. Regulating upgrades
quarterly reduces your risk by allowing you to employ the update when it’s best for your business. Smaller,
incremental release cycles also reduce your risk by providing you with the ability to deliver feedback and
moderating the amount of change per release. Monthly maintenance releases ensure customer reported
issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Enhanced Access and Interaction via the Community Portal
The Community is an online portal where you can submit and track support requests. In addition, you can
share experiences with other users around the globe, learn tips and best practices, and often find solutions
to problems that you may experience from time to time. The Community has been an under-used resource,
which will be a focus for us in 2020. At insightsoftware, we aim to make it easier for you to find the
information you need when you need it and to simplify the process of submitting support requests and
providing valuable feedback.
New Service Offerings
One of the ways we are helping to deliver world class training will be with our expansion of
insightuniversity in 2020. insightuniversity is an online learning management system that will enable you to
find and access the training you need, when you need it. We are also continuing to expand our virtual
instructor led offerings and on-site trainings.
Relationship Building
As insightsoftware has experienced rapid growth worldwide, we recognize it may, at times, feel more
challenging for our customers to know where to turn to ensure they are heard. In 2019, we assembled a
Customer Success team whose primary focus is to address your concerns, remove obstacles, and ensure
you get the best return on your investment with insightsoftware. That includes your ability to plan more
than a year out, so we will continue to offer the option of a 3-year renewal with capped price increases.
2019 was a year with many changes and we are looking forward to continued progress and investment in
2020 to deliver the best ERP and EMP solutions on the market. We have enclosed a summary of our 2019
product enhancements. We designed the program with value in mind and our goal is to provide updates
that are compelling and that help your organization deliver higher performance at less cost each and every
day.
