PROPOSAL

Thank you for the opportunity to bid this project: Below you will
find our labor and material scope.
Inclusions:
1. Demo cabinets in the new office area.
2. Demo cabinets on outside walls.
3. Demo counter tops as discussed.
4. Remove two metal filing cabinets. (To warehouse)
5. Install one counter top at 45 degree wall.
6. Install one counter top at south wall as discussed. Height to match
metal cabinet.
7. Move one metal cabinet to the south.
8. Install adjustable shelves above counter at 45 degree wall.
9. Patch and paint all walls interior walls.
10. Patch and paint exterior walls where cabinets were removed.
11. Laminate color to match front counters.
12. Paint to be white.
13. Remove low counters at north side.
14. Remove partitions and book shelves.
Exclusions:
1. All permits
2. Electrical.
3. Hvac.
4. All after hours work.
5. Flooring and base
Total: $10,200.00
